Cinesite Announce Major Award on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 & Part 2
April 09 2009 – Cinesite are pleased to announce today that they have been awarded a significant amount of visual effects work on the seventh Harry Potter installment.
Cinesite have worked on every Harry Potter film to date and our Managing Director Antony Hunt is delighted with this news, which is our largest Harry Potter award ever. “This is fantastic news for Cinesite, we are proud to be part of the Harry Potter films and excited to continue our working relationship with both Tim Burke and Emma Norton”
In this chapter of Harry Potter’s story, directed by David Yates and with Visual Effects Supervision by Tim Burke and Chris Shaw, Harry begins his seventh year at Hogwarts School and his adventures lead to his long-awaited final confrontation with Lord Voldemort.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is released on November 19th 2010.
