Cinesite is proud to relaunch LEAP (Learning Experience Accelerator Program) for 2023. Based out of the Montreal studio and designed to give candidates a guided entry into a Junior Artist position within the studio’s Animation division, LEAP will provide candidates the opportunity to obtain a 6-month paid full-time contract which will be kicked off with a 12-week hands-on, practical training and onboarding program led by our world-class Lighting and Compositing team.

During the training period, new talent will develop their knowledge of key tools, software, techniques, and learn the studio’s pipeline while working on animation projects. Through this exclusive program, Cinesite aims to broaden its talent pool by attracting diverse candidates and offering structured support. In this way, the studio will improve its ability to provide exciting career opportunities and groom talent internally.

Program Eligibility Criteria: 

• A strong 3D Lighting & Compositing reel that showcases your talent and passion for animation
• Must possess a valid working status in Canada (Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or open work permit)
• Must be based out of or be willing to relocate to Montreal
• Available for full-time work (40hrs/week) as of July 3, 2023
