With The Star arriving on digital and Blu-Ray we wanted to share a behind the scenes clip featuring some of our team talking about their experience working with director Timothy Reckart.  They discuss the challenges they faced when rigging and animating a lot of animal characters within a tight schedule and the first collaboration between Sony Pictures Animation and Cinesite.

The Star ushered in a new phrase of growth for our studio with new people, new tools and new techniques all coming together to deliver an animated retelling of the nativity story from the point of view of the stable animals.
